Mr. Askew has developed a reputation as an aggressive and practical bankruptcy attorney. He has over 25 years of experience representing secured creditors, business debtors, unsecured creditors’ committees, trustees, and other parties in interest in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts. Mr. Askew has an active commercial and business litigation practice. Mr. Askew served as law clerk to the Honorable Stewart Rose, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, District of New Mexico from 1987-89.
